So as the title says I'm another new guy here. My name is Mike and I'm in the Air Force currently stationed in Okinawa. I'll be moving to Utah in the very near future plan is to look for a decent IX MR but we'll see what happens.

I just sold my baby last week, I had an Evo VI GSR for the past 5 1/2 years. Before that I owned an Evo I and II, so now it's time to dive into the 3rd gen when I get back to the motherland. So I'm to here to troll and learn about what I have been missing in the US.

Also, if there is anyone from Utah can you please fill me in on the safety and emissions rules/inspections that they do there.

That is a very nice VI! The first gen Evos (I-III) has a nice sleeper appeal, any pics of your I and II? And what kind if tach is that?

 

Thanks I thought my thread was invisible for a while . Tach is Defi in a SARD stack. The SARD tach broke and I wasn't paying what they were asking for a replacement. Just noticed that I joined back in '08 lol only took 5 years to get my first post in!

My bone stock Evo II it was just a stopgap while I waited for a friend of mine to sell me the VI.
