extracting exhaust manifold stud
Im looking online and i keep getting different methods of extracting exhaust manifold stud on evo 9. which way would you do it or which is the correct method?

Weld a nut to the end. Heat the stud at the base where it meets the head, and turn it out.

heat, mix ATF and acetone and soak the studs over night, put 2 bolts on the stud and heat up metal around the stud and try to loosen it using the first nut you put on the stud

+1 that's what I was gonna say. I hit mine with PB blaster, let it soak in and hit it with the left handed bit
