Hey everyone, just picked up an 2012 Evo X. Coming from the world of Subaru, I always wanted to see what Mitsu had on offer. I really love the Subie but the Evo X is just better in almost every measurable way. It feels sharper and more composed, the Subaru is a brutus and that's why I like it still but it doesn't perform as well as the Evo does. I started off by getting some mods, first on my list was TWM Performance's full-replacement shifter cage + short shifter with the bushing kit. I was going to pick up a knob too until I found that they give you one for free! They don't give you a choice of free knobs but they supply you with the heavy and beautifully machined M1 abrams spherical knob. The whole unit feels amazing compared to stock, actually it's hardly comparable. What a difference. I'm very pleased with this ride so far and as soon as I get a chance, I'll snap some pics and show you!
