I'm only 19 but i built and boosted a 400whp cobalt. need some opinions on this evo. the price would come down. the carfax caught my attention. if i do get it ill be ditching the hood and start modding slowly

Looks good.. they are asking $23800 for it? carfax looks good but ask them if the recall on the ecu has been done since they have had it...

 

Congrats on graduating boot camp. But dude, I'd just wait till after A-School and get to your permanent duty station. You'd have money saved up and you know you wouldn't be moving any time soon. Anyways, just my opinion. Bump for a fellow sailor! Thanks for your service.

Looks good. It's not easy finding one that's not fist ****ed to death. I'd say keep the hood paint the wheels black and start with bolt ons.

Dont be like me. I bought my evo in ait and then I got my orders and really didnt plan out driving
time. So it just sits at my house 23 hours away from me now and I daily drive a GST instead. No point in making payments on something you aint driving. Just my opinion.

Oh and on that silver one. Silver is the ugly ****ing color to ever buy a car in.

 

+1 on waiting till you get to your duty station. You might end up in a state with very strict smog laws and wish you bought a stock one or one with legal mods. I'm not sure what you're rate is, but if you end up on a ship. Pretty good chance that the car will sit in the sun in an open parking lot for weeks on end while you are underway. Anyway, welcome to the fleet shipmate!
