Where do I get a real valve cover not this plastic thing. 2011 gsr

valve covers are not plastic. there is another cover over the valve covers that are plastic. is that what you mean?

No I take the big plastic piece off then the valve cover feels plastic ish as well and I had a tuner tell me to get one from a evo 8-9

I believe you're thinking of the engine cover. For '11's the valve cover is actually plastic, I know mine is. I also want to buy the aluminum ones that came on the 08s
