JDM Evo 4 here :)
Hi all!
I recently imported a genuine JDM Evo 4 to Ontario Canada from Japan.
Just thought I'd give a little meet n greet type post.
Will be asking a question shortly about a clutch swap but that's a totally different thread.

Yeah I'm really excited about it except the fact that the clutch is blown in it lol.
The mods list that it came with is as follows:
-ADVAN Racing Rims
-Yokohama ADVAN neova tires (225/60r16)
-HKS iridium spark plugs
-HKS hi-power 2.5" cat back and 4" muffler
-HKS EVC (boost controller)
-HKS boost gauge
-HKS turbo timer
-GREDDY gauge pod
-Cusco front strut tower bar
-power 6 trunk strut bar
-Cusco all around fully adjustable coilovers
-aftermarket clutch slave cylinder
-aftermarket fully adjustable aluminum spoiler
Future mods are:
-Prosport gauges and a pillar pod (installed)
-Synapse bov
-turbo xs boost controller
-new clutch (probably Evo 8 swap)
-oem wastegate replacement
-750cc FIC injectors
-Daetsch 255lph fuel pump
-Cooper RSA3 tires (225/60r16)
-raise boost to 22psi
End goal is 350-400whp

Well it comes straight from Osaka Japan. I started the importing process about 4 months ago with an importer from Calgary Alberta. You can find him on Facebook or the net if you search for B-Pro JDM Auto Imports, awesome guy and great prices.
I paid $6250 in total with shipping, $2500 for actual car haha. I did all the registering process myself which is basically getting my export document translated and taking the car to the Mitsubishi dealership (who freaked when they saw a real Evo 4 haha) to get a letter head saying its a real Evo 4 and not a chopped model.
From there I've yet to get it safetied an etested. It's out of commission for awhile though.
I'll attach some pics but I'm not sure how to do them properly on this site. Seems like I have to go through the little attachment button.
