Hey, how's everything? I have been lurking around for some time. Nice forum on these ends. I have been in the Mitsubishi game not too long ago, probably two years. My first Mitsu was a 2001 Mirage LS Coupe, great little car with no major problems. Loved every bit of it.

I'm currently in the market for another used vehicle, checked out a used 03 Lancer a day ago and was wondering what were your thoughts. The car looks good and runs good, based on what I have seen. There are quite a few new parts; exhaust including cat, tires with about 80% thread left, front struts, motor mounts & starter. The car is currently going for $2000 but he is willing to sell for $1800. Frankly it's reached about 135000 miles, within my range I was hoping for something b/w 100,000 and 120,00 miles. The only problem with the car is the check engine light is on for EGR valve and a dent on the driver side front fender. Other than that, based on my inspection and experience the car seems to be in good shape but a second or third opinion is always welcomed, thanks!
