Misfire and lots of lag

Hello to all you "GREAT"Evo enthusiasts! I just had my timing belt changed out along with the other belt that is located behind it (not sure what it's called) because it had literally snapped in half. Also had tension pulley's replace, and water pump. Then I replaced both ignition coils, plug wires, and all four plugs and gaped them at .032. When I accelerate to change gears and it doesn't matter what gear I am in the engine sounds as if it can't accelerate at that point when I change gears. Even when I am in 5th gear it has a lot of lag when I go to get on it. If anyone has experienced this and has info to share on how to fix it I would truly appreciate it very much.

EvoWizard...should probably change my username...lol
