Good day gents, Been a long time viewer but can officially start contributing- Have purchased a JDM EVO VII. She's currently on the water.
Been involved with Scoobys for over 10 years and lost a bucket load of money. My brother has had an Evo II for a couple of years and I have now been converted.

The car is pretty stock currently but going to be planning the basics and stay with the 2 liter until it goes bang. Cams, turbo, fueling and then suspension upgrades. Will be a daily driver but looking forward to weekend fun at the track and strip.

I'll do that- hopefully around mid November when it gets in. Also tempted to pick up a GTA VII... there is a pretty loaded one that would bump my GSR off that stock setting! 18" CE28's, Tein coilovers, Bride Seats etc... Good donor vehicle.

An Update: She has landed and cleared customs. VERY VERY Stock but only with 84 000km on the clock so a good base to start. It is going to be a project that is documented as we build it up to help market our motoring based business.
So far she is going to need some TLC:Change all fluids. Clutch is shot and there seems to be the dreaded death whine on the TC. Looking at the Competition Clutch Stage 2 to start with and still figuring out the TC options.

I'll get some photo's up once she's clean- covered in lots of dust at the moment.
