Hey guys, so im trying to plan out my build right now. My goal is to make between 450-500whp but im not sure what size intercooler to get. I was going to go ETS but i dont know what width. If anyone could help me choose and also give other suggestions on to what parts they think i should get please let me know.

From the ETS Website:
24"x11.5"x3.0" Bar & Plate Core, 1092cfm-742hp at 79% efficiency (Direct Replacement)
24"x11.5"x3.5" Bar & Plate Core, 1115cfm-758hp at 80% efficiency (Direct Replacement)

I'm using the 3 inch fyi.

My two thoughts
Buschur Racing Race Core

Or ETS 4 Inch One

I would go with the 3.5" standard tank. This intercooler will support over 600whp.

Thanks!

I am satisfied with ETS 3.0" core. (390 WHP, 93 octane)

3.5" still needs some more modification for perfect fit, but 3.0" only needs cutting the wire mesh.

3.0" is also lighter / and might give slight less turbo lag too, while still big enough for 500WHP.

I didn't have to trim anything to fit the ETS 3.0"

Also the end tanks are not even close to the mesh/brackets.

You can trim grill mesh wire where bent inside shown at below picture if you don't want it scratch part of the end tanks.

I prefer harder rubber bushings if you can get them; the poly bushings that replace sphericals have never been a match for Ralliart's stuff. That being said, Ralliart bushings are very hard to find and getting very expensive.

unless your tracking the car don't go with anything spherical/ my spherical rear end links on my elise would only last about 5-7k miles of mixed street and autocross (and that's autocross use/ not even track days)
