New from Michigan

Hello everyone! My name is Steve, but you can call me Ham. I got my 06 Evo 9 MR back in July of last year in North Carolina! I'm from Michigan. I am in love with this car, it was always my dream car and it was the closest one to me (about 11 hours away) so I had to have it. It has about 60k miles on it and I have lots of plans for it! Still learning a lot about it and looking for to sharing my build with you all! Thanks!

Hi and welcome Ham!

Your car looks good! Have you had a chance to drive it in the snow? Have fun and take your time with mods, do you know if or when the timing belt was replaced?

Bob..

Thank you! I haven't had much of a chance to drive it in the snow...unfortunately my clutch blew so my car was down for a few months. Finally get it up and running to wake up and have red fluid underneath the front of my car guess it all leaked out of the ACD hydraulic pump underneath. I posted for help on but no luck yet. Looks like one of the bolts is completely gone and I can't find any info on what that bolt is or where to get another. My only luck is to pull out the bolt on the other side and go from there.
As far as the timing belt goes I don't know if it has been replaced or not! I haven't put too many miles on since I got it, but I'll look into replacing it possibly. I'm at about 60,000 miles.

Thanks, it was my favorite color so I was happy to find one! I've got an 02 Acura RSX so driving the Evo is completely different from the RSx, so I know what you mean haha

Thank you! I'm actually here hoping to find some help on a current problem and can't wait to check out all the other Evo's on here and see what they're doing to theirs!
