New NC owner Evo IX

Hey guys. New owner from Burlington, NC area. Just picked up my 06 Evo IX SSL! Never been so excited to own a car in my life. I come from the Z crowd. I just sold my Z and test drove this Evo on saturday and absolutely fell in love the first time I felt boost kick in. It is a 1 owner Evo 9 with 43k miles. Clean title, 5 speed. Car runs perfect and is in very good condition for a 9 year old car.

Has the following according to the PO:
-AMS intercooler, licp, intake,
-hks down pipe
-turbo xs catback with test pipe
-kelford 272 cams
-arp head studs
-walbro 255
-spoolin up cop
-tuned by force fed in fayetteville (owner said it was tuned on their "heartbreaker dyno" in 100 degree weather and made something around 350whp) I plan to throw it on a dyno soon to see where it's at.

Anyways, I look forward to meeting you guys and learning about this car!

If anyone has any suggestions/feedback for me I am all ears.

Here are pics of the Evo and pics of my last 2 350z's i owned:

08 Z model that i just sold:

04 Z that i owned from 2010-2012:

very nice indeed on all accounts, I havnt had mine long and look forward to every weekend to step instead become at one with the vehicle once again, like a transformer. Is there a color miss match on the front panel to door or is that the light? You might want to check the pads and discs too if you plan on tracking

just the lighting. the car is pretty mint other than 2 or 3 areas. some tire laying on the interstate flew up and hit the bumper and scratched it up a little but other than that and a couple small door dings it is in very very good condition.

here is another pic. love this car!

Clean cars, dude!
For parts try rallysportdirect.com and importimageracing.com -
email: sales@importimageracing.com for quotes. Josh the owner always hooks it up.. and price matches! Good luck!

Appreciate the warm welcome everyone.

First newb question. So the previous owner said the car was tuned around 25psi.

In 2nd and 3rd gear at WOT my Autometer boost gauge is only getting to 22psi. 4th and 5th gear WOT hits 25psi exactly.

Is this normal?
