Where can i find oem parts ie:engine, transmission, driveshafts, etc... onlne for the evo8? or even the evo7. i want to swap them into a 2000 mirage. is it a plausible idea? any help would be MUCH appreciated!

I think there's a whole thread dedicated to a "Evo Conversion" try a search for that.. From what I remember, it may not be the easiest or most feasable project..

 

It shouldn't be too hard to find a 4g63 (look for wrecked Evos and DSMs), and it should go in fine. Putting in the Evo tranny and drivetrain is another story - you'd need to find an Evo that was structurally intact but somehow junked (massive hail damage or flood damage perhaps?), and there'll be a lot of custom work to get everything to go in.
