legal exhaust

I was wonderin if Mitsubishi made an aftermarket performance exhaust for the 02' - 03' Lancer ES so if your pulled over you can tell the cop it is a factory exhaust

Does it matter if you have your cats on?
Or does it matter at all because hes not going to give you an emmissions check right there on the spot

they only pull u over for 'loudness'...but if u remove ur catalytic converter(either of em) its 'illegal'

ya and if either cat is removed it will generally become a lot louder than just a normal axel back or catback.

My dealership sells them with RMR intakes, strut tower braces, axleback, Eibach springs, and 17 inch OZ supperlegras.

I was sayin cause my friend got pulled over and the cop told him that any exhaust that wasn't a factory or mitsubishi exhaust is illegal.
