Hello EvoM forum. Recently sold my 2008 mazdaspeed 3 and picked up a brand new(1800 miles) 2014 Cosmic Blue Evo X GSR.
Loved my Mazda and it was fast (definitely would blow the doors offf this evo in a highway pull.) But that is the only time this evo would even be in the same league as my mazda. The Mazda was fully bolted and corn fed and the evo is stock... for now.
I am amazed by the refinement of this car compared to the speed 3, and the handling is like nothing I have experienced coming from the speed and an SRT-4 before that...And those recaros are the ****.
Anyways I look forward to really diving into this platform and bettering my driving ability in a car that actually allows for this, not just a highway beast but an actual drivers car.
Can someone let me know how I go about getting involved with local evo groups? The mazda community had a section of the forums for each location, is there anything like that on this forum?
