Spring question....

I know this is a tough question BUT, I am currently used to the ride quality of my M3. (and I fully realize that I cannot expect the EVO to ride the same). As many of you know BMW pretty much have the suspensions dialed in on their "M" cars. Low body roll, just stiff enough and have the perfect amount of damping. I am close to owning a EVO and want to lower the car are there progeressive springs for the car or can any suggest lowering springs with a softer spring rate or at least traits of the various springs out there TEIN etc....

well i believe most coil over kits are going to ride stiff due to te nature of the spring.... If your more concerned with comfort then get a set of springs only (none coilovers)... most of the new manufactures will either use a progressive spring or atleast try to keep the ride smooth... chech out eibach, HR, and some other larger named manufactures and get a spring with a mild drop height... like 1.2 or 1.5

just spoke to eibach. they have a 1" progressive lowering spring that is a 15% increase in spring stiffness overall but is about the same as the stock in it's initial spring rate-
