I am trying to buy a part for my Evo X and want to post a WTB thread in the Classifieds Forum. However when I try to start a new thread, I get this error:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Could someone let me know what I am doing wrong ?

Your post count has to hit 15.

This doesn't mean you just go comment on 9 random posts, the mods will delete them. You must contribute to the thread. For example, don't go to the dyno results sub section and write "nice numbers" on 9 threads.
