Serious Issues with my Evo Final Edition

Hi,
New to the group but I will give you the run down.
I bought a 2015 Evo Final Edition brand new.
The FlyWheel Exploded at 5700 km and they had to replace the Clutch, FlyWheel and encasement. All Covered under warranty and proven to be not Driver Error.
The Car got another Clutch replacement at 10000km Also proven to be manufacturer error .
Now the car has 14000km on it and it has left me completely stranded.
I finally got the diagnoses from the dealership and it is complete Mechanical Failure.
A bearing in the transmission exploded and destroyed the car.
i live in Canada and we do not have an official lemon law.
Please advise on what I can do.
I really don't think they can do anything to fix it and it most likely is one of those dreaded lemons. :helpme:

Welcome & sorry to hear of the continued issues.

Is the dealer not covering this latest failure

Your best bet is to continue to work w/the dealer w/out loosing your cool. Stay professional & work the warranty program.

If they are giving you a hard time, contact Mitsubishi customer service & get a regional service manager involved

Everything has been covered by warranty, however for how expensive of a car it is I have never heard of so much failure in such a short amount of time.
I am trying to figure out what my options here are at this point as I do not want a new transmission every 6 months.

Im sure youll work through this just fine. Its just components that are replaceable.

Theres not an inherent, built-in curse

Sucky for sure. However I am with Minus. The parts are all replaceable. Should it happen no. But then I would say the same about the rust I am about to fix on the frame of my IX. Unfortunately we buy these cars for the fun of them assuming they will last like a Honda. However they spent 95% of the R&D money on the drive train and 5% of the money going out to lunch. Good luck and I mean that in the most sincere way. Minus does make a good suggestion and getting the regional involved. We live in a world where the squeakiest wheel gets the oil.

Evo x trannys seem to have alot of issues compared to the ct9a.

Get it warrantied or upgrade the failed components.
