My buddy has a Lancer OZ Rally, stock at the moment. He comes to me for advice alot, but I am a Honda guy, and dont really know how well his Lancer will respond to mods. He wants to install a Greddy EVO exhaust, cool air intake, header (any suggestions), and a high flow cat. What kind of horsepower gains can be made with those bolt ons? What kind of performance increase? I know 0-60 is about 8 seconds stock, what about after bolt ons?

 

i think that should be a nice 15hp or 20 maybe :P

I would say closer to 20 hp.
headers for the oz can get like what... 10-12 by themselves?
3 for exhaust
3 for intake
dont' remember how many for high flow however.. but it hsould be 3-5 I think?
