Since the MR is coming this fall........
what can we expect from the dealers on markups. I hate these bastards. Some dealers are super cool . I just hope we get a 33K price and no markup. Because if a evolution costs 36K dollars I rather just get a base one and give it about 7K dollars worth of mods. What do you guys expect.
Expect markups. In California when the EVO first came out one dealer had a 20K markup. Most dealers around where I live were marking up between 5-10k. I bet it will be even more of a markup on the MR.
Just stopped by the Mitsu dealer today in Brandon, FL.
They had insane prices on a couple of left over '03 Evo's.
One of them was $35,000 and had a set of dealer installed 18" Volk wheels and Nitto 555 radials. They said the wheels and tires are a $2,500 dealer installed option.
So I'm sure the hype and craze will cause them to sell an MR for about $35,000-$37,000 easily.
I'd wait 'til everything settles down and pick one up then.

I think we mess it up for ourselves by calling and calling to see if its there. Thats where they get there markup from. Im not buying one till I see one for the normal price . All the EVO's at browning mitsubishi are 29-30K.
