Retired USAF, now contracted with the Navy. Had 5 evos and regret selling everyone of them. Looking into a 6-8 currently.

Just came here to read up and refresh my 1 brain cell on evo do/dont can/cant etc etc

with being said, where would I find threads on here for part that are interchangeable to older gems? I found the one post on here that listed some minor stuff.

8 and down valve cover
intake mani
exhaust mani
pistons rods crank.
clutch with the same gen flywheel
tie rod and tie rod ends.

maybe the camber arms and control arms. Subframes and toe links.

From that alone, seems anything 4g63t would work but not mivec stuff.

Im more worried about suspension sensors axels and other handling mods besides my on going seat time.

Sorry for the novel, I’m not asking for and also don’t need a link and don't need someone to spell it out for me, unless whomever wanted to, just say the right sections and I’ll go read em

Yeah, EvOM's main strength is the EvO 7 / 8 / 9 (CT9A) Now there are certainly members here that run the older EvO's but there is no one thread dedicated to X-over parts etc
