Buying a modded EVO 7

Hello everyone,

i am looking at evo's for the past year and finally decided to get one.
I was looking at this EVO 7, but it has a lot of mods which some scare me somewhat.
The car has 109 000km / +- 68 000 miles.
The guy is advertising it with the next mods:
Front bumper, rear bumper, sideskirts and spoiler are from an original evo 9
Carbon hood, carbon vortex generator.

Engine wise:
Invidia collector
invidia turbo elbow
invidia downpipe
3 inch catback
mishimoto intercooler
mishimoto oliecooler
mishimoto radiator
invidia maf sensor
k&n intake
hks blow of valve
turbo timer

He claims it's currently running at 370 HP with a dynosheet to prove it.
So i can assume somewhat safely it's probably abused.
Do you guys think it's a good buy for 12k euro / $13.5k
Evo's around here in good condition go for around 20k.

Any tips welcome, thank you.

Well it presents itself very nicely @TheHomeMechanic

But, i would be concerned about the bumper covers being replaced? Was it involved in an accident? Knowing the history of this EvO would be important

But, only 68K miles & $13.5 looks attractive

Welcome, Joe

Yeah, that's what i was thinking too.
Because i believe you don't have to replace the radiator with an aftermarket one if you are just pushing 370 bhp do you?
Yeah milage is great, too bad about the color, but that's easily changable

Stock radiator is not required to be changed due to power levels. The stock rad is only usually replaced due to damage or internal corrosion damage
