Map Sensor low Voltage

I'm new to the forums but I have a question. My 03 Lancer es has a problem with the MAP sensor, the code is p0107 (correct me if I'm wrong) because it has low voltage. It idles rough n the rpms drop after driving a while to the point that the car turns off if I stop for too long (a red lightlight). I replaced the sensor n the problem continued so I used a multimeter to check the voltage n two of them are low while the other is at the proper level.

How can I fix this? I'm in the learning process for cars so anything n everything is really helpful
