With the mr coming, will their still be 04 EVO's coming?
Does anyone know when?
I would think they could be had at a good price.

That is a good question. There are many cases of model years being skipped, like the Mustang Cobra skipped a year. Will the Evo skip. I read that it won't but 04 numbers will be very low. Less that 2000 or something. There was a post about that in another thread.

If you look at www.edmunds.com, autos.msn.com or www.cars.com you will not find a 2004 Lancer Evolution.
He asked a valid question.

Where the hell are the 04's

The fact is no one can give a date when they will arrive. It is mid April already. We have finshed 1/4 of year. If the car comes in middle of 2004 is it an 04 or 05?

Well in that article on the MR in R&T, speaking of the regular Evos he said "Mitsubishi is on pace to sell nearly all of the 6500 examples they can build THIS YEAR" So if they are building 6500 Evos this year, I think there may be 04's but I dont know, maybe those will be 05's.

I think they'll come out with '04's late this spring (June), but '05's will arrive in the fall. I have to believe that isn't so stupid as to continue selling '04's halfway into the '05 model year like they have done with the '03's this year.
