Hello,
I'm a Subaru guy from BC, Canada who blew his EJ25 on track a couple years back. I'm rebuilding it (slowly), but may be going in the wrong direction for a track-ready 2000's JDM platform.. any opinions about that here?

Of course there are, this is Evo World!
Chassis's ain't cheap these days, complete Evo even less so. Honestly rebuild your engine and have fun...unless you got deep pockets, then what the hell try out 4G63.
