don't put the intake if your not tuned for it or else youll lose power instead of gain some.
down pipe will give you 10whp . turbo back will yeild 20whp.
Why just the downpipe?

i have both i just need to know about the gains when i do they dyno. if what ur saying is correct about losing horsepower after adding my aem. then i'm gonna take it off. keep in my i was only gonna plan to do two modds downpipe and aem intake. now that i know it didn't help me gain any then i might as well just remove the intake and keep the downpipe. but i still need the dyno stats for a stock evo though

from what I've been reading through threads, It varies from 220-240whp depending on gas, humidity, ect. to me it doesn't matter what my baseline is as long as Ive gain power on my upgrades. but if my base line is really low and my butt dyno feels it i'd check for problems first.

Do you have a boost gauge? if not I'd get one right away to see if your boosting right 20psi and levels at 16-17psi

You can't do that. The only way to measure gains is to dyno your car before and after on the same dyno. Numbers from other Evo's and other dyno's are of little value. Reason's numbers are as good as any.
