Now.. i realize that there are threads on HOW to paint engine parts and WHAT paint to use.. but is there a thread on how to take out the parts that i would want to paint? 
if there is, please direct me to it! if there isn't someone please help me if you.. any of you know how to take these parts out for painting:
1) engine plate that says "16 valve" (most important i want to paint)
2) I will edit this post, or post again after i remember the names of the engine parts *sigh* ----
