ok so i was looking at www.injen.con and they have tw intakes for a lancer first is a plain intake not cold air not ram but a replacement intake then there is a intake that is long called racing division it also says it is a cold air but i heard that long intakes are not good for accel but better for top end speed is this true if somebody could go to injen and check it out for me thanks

 

I had the injen short ram (auto) and i really liked it i dont think that i would like the cold, cause they can suck in water, you could install an air bypass valve but i still think they will suck in water.

 

i have a 5 speed and the cold air is for 5 speed. what is the perfromance dif between codl air and ram air????
