Yea, this dealer here has about 6-7 04 Evos. No markups, but only like yellow, blue, and grey. The black and whites are all sold out. They do however have one USED 03 (demo i believe) with 6,000 miles for 24,000 white. The 04, he said the lowest he wud do is 28 on a yellow one without leather. Whats the difference between 03 and 04?

never the less get the RS...its lighter faster and cheaper (ive seen as lo as 25k) but if you need ac just get the jungle package.

 

There is no difference between the 03 and the 04. At least no changes that Mitsubishi has claimed. The cars look identical as well. There are however a few more options, like the leather interior, that are avaialble. But nothing of huge value IMO.

Good luck with your purchase. 28 for an 04 sounds like a good deal. Did it have the sunroof and spoiler option?
