trade-in value on a used evo

Whats the trade in value of a used evo with 8k miles?does the location or states varies?

looks like around 22, or 23500 max.

Carmax offered me $22.5 for mine with the same mileage about a month ago. I was able to sell it easily in a private deal for $24.
