After June's Sport Compact Car issue including the XS Engineering evo I have been trying to find out about their Racemax intercooler pipe kit. Mainly does it work with factory or K&N airintake? Also how does the upper intercooler pipe connect with the diverter valve to the air intake? From pics I've seen online it seems to have a VTA valve where the coolant resevoir for the intercooler sprayer is. I like the look and price of this kit, but it has to work with my K&N typhoon intake and forge DV.

 

If no one has this XS Engineering intercooler racemax pipe kit is there another one that one would recommend? I loved both the look and price of the racemax kit, but I need to know that it can run with a Forge DV and not a sidemounted VTA like it appears in pictures. Since I've found this kit for below 400 is there another kit in that price range?
