simple

its really easy, its just adhesive on the back of the letters and on the silver emblem. you could take some dental floss and run it through the back of the letters on a warm day so the adhesive loosens up. and it'll pop off, good luck.

no it isn't hard, but don't think of shaving it, it's more of a pry type thing. do a search for remove lancer and there's plenty of tips.

maybe im stupid (i guess i am) but the "lancer" emblem takes some work to remove. I bought some goo gone, that hardly worked; and i bought some mineral spirits with a scraper, and it just take some time to take off. That adhesive is hard to remove. good luck.

I'm going to take off the back letters in a week or so. Since 3m makes most of the auto adhesives out there, I figure it's they know best with removal as well. Never used goo gone, but also never heard of it messing up paint.

When I removed the chromed Mitsu logo and replaced it with red one, i used a hair dryer, dental floss, and nail polish remover. Yes nail polish remover. It works better than goo gone.
