Just picked up an '04 EVO a couple of weeks ago. I needed a practical car to haul my kids around in. This car does the trick. The performance is absolutely stellar.

BTW: I paid MSRP at Murrieta Valley Mitsubishi.

as parents is it really a practical car to use? i mean im hearing here and there about the gas mileage this thing pulls in .... so how pratical is for you especially here in california *gas specs and prices will help =P*

Over the last 4000 miles I have avg. around 20 miles per gallon. Not great but the performance is why I got the car (and the fact it can carry my son and anything else I want it to).
