looking for buy a evo need help!!!

Hey guys, I am looking to buy a new evo, need some help from you guys, I went to the dealer yesterday, they only have 1 left in stock of 03 model, they are trying to get rid of it, so they offered me $27500 drive out with 900 miles on it, no previous registered owner. Car is brand new. I am trying to cut more since they are trying to get rid of it, what do you guys think, is it a good deal or should I try to cut more?

if you drive it and it feels/sounds good, then i say buy it.

but be sure to look at EVERY dealership in your area - you never know what kind of deals you'll find.

good luck!

I would suggest you require the dealer to agree (in writing) that if a major warranty issue arises, a warranty denial based upon abuse cannot be used by them. If they won't do it, then pass.

You can bet the car has had the snot driven out of it with little or no concern for a proper break-in. Also, if possible have a local Evo owner drive the car and look it over with you. There is a good chance that a local owner is a member here.

Since you said they're trying to get rid of it, I'm sure they'll drop the price a little more Like someone else said, try for $27,000 out the door. Since its never had a owner and it has 900 miles on it, as someone else said, those miles I'm sure were rough ones. Make sure they put that **** in writing they wont void your warranty if problems arise! Good luck with the purchase, I'm sure you'll love it if you buy it Peace.
