Just came across a post regarding rumours about the Evo IX on lancerevoclub (Italian site)

Apparently, according to a source at the factory, the IX is supposed to have an aluminum body and weigh 1210kg (2665 pds) in the RS version and 1280kg (2819 pds) in the GSR version. Aslso more torque and power.

Wonder if that source is reliable. Anybody able to confirm.

 

Hmmmmm.... Sounds alright. I'm not a big fan of those lights though. I don't even want to think of the cost of replacement... lol.

 

For real whats up with the pontiac sunfire ripoff lights on the ralliart lancer and now possibly the evo
