I have it and will be replacing it. It is loud but sound mean. I don't like the way it rattles after my high flow cat. It rattles like a mf. I will be going with UR all the way.

The cat-back should not affect emissions, just sound.

Sloop, did you try replacing the factory exhaust hangers w/ the polyurethane Kartboy ones? I have them on my car w/ my hks hi-power and I get no major rattles.

does anyone have any specs/dynos on how HKS compares with Greddy and Vishnu for Exhaust performance?

I was leaning toward Vishnu stage 1/1+ for my car which includes what looks to me like a great exhaust system but if I can a lot more power from HKS I might just get the Xede controler and go with HKS or Greddy Exhaust instead.

The rattle was actually the honeycomb in the catalytic convertor (high Flow). It came loose and started to rattle. Thank god I found it because a restriction like that would have been a huge problem. Went back to a test pipe and all is well with the exhaust. No rattles at all.

Guys, seriously, there are no gains in performance from Ti exhausts. They are only expensive because of the brand name and the lightness of the titanium. You can get a full Megan stainless steel turboback for less than a Ti cat-back, yet make twice as much power. Please don't tell me people actually think it costs more, because it's more powerful...they're just cat-backs!

I agree... they're lighter, but not that much, especially not enough to warrant the extra cost. Just buy a TBE for $900 and take a nice dump before you hit the tack... done deal

Or buy one for $550...or $600...no more than $800.

If you want to get a Ti exhaust, get it. But be true to yourself that you like it cos it's made from a fancy material and a smidgeon lighter. Plus there's a 'bling' factor if you're into that sort of thing.

These aren't 'good' reasons but then it's your money and you should buy what you like - as long as you know what you're getting. Looking at it another way, a Ti exhaust won't break anything (except make a dent in your account).

The exhaust gas doesn't really care that material the pipe's made from as long as it doesn't melt or have holes where it shouldn't.
