my friend has a 2003 lancer oz, manuel, he sold me his aem cai! with a little mod, it fit right there in my manuel RA 2004. i have only 1 problem,the idle is not that good and the check engine turn on! i unplug the battery for 30 minutes, the check engine was gone and the it's idles better, what can i do. by the way, it's sound so amazing,at 6300 rpm to cutoff, the sound is crazy.... no ,scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(loud)

hmmm....You probably should get the right part for your car. Aren't the MAF's different on the two cars? That probably explains your rough idles and CEL.

This is not a bright mod unless you plan on hurting your car.
