If I take a cold air intake from a 02 oz and put it in a 03 oz well it

still work the same and will it fit.

 

Yes it will, if you had run a search you would realize the engine compartments of all US Lancers are identical, the exception being the 2004 Ralliart. Also you should be posting a question like this in either the newbie section, or the US Lancer General section. Just FYI and good luck with your installation.
