Air/Fuel Gauges?

I want to put 3 gauges on the A-pillar. Boost, EGT, and Air/Fuel ratio. I noticed that Defi makes all three in the D-series gauges. Is their a/f gauge any good or should I just go with the greddy UEGO for that one and be a bit mismatched?

I ordered the Autometer triple A-pillar pod with the tweeter cutout so I can fit 3 gauges that are 52mm.

if youre spending that kind of money on gauges I would make sure they match, although personally I would go with a oil pressure gauge over an air-fuel gauge.

Most turbo timers have an air-fuel gauge built in....I would prefer that over the air-fuel gauge I have now. Best of luck and nice choise in color!

Theres no need to have both and A/F and an EGT gauge. Just use one or the other, I would trust an EGT gauge over those cheapo A/F gauges that use the stock o2 sensor. If you want a true A/F gauge, get wideband, or just stick with the EGT.

Defi makes really good gauges.

The three gauges I would go with are boost, EGT or wideband A/F and oil pressure

I may eventually put another three gauges over in the center console where the stock radio goes. Probably oil pressure, oil temp, and fuel pressure.

As far as the A/F gauge, I have every intention of using a wideband gauge. I couldn't find for sure if the Defi gauge is wideband or not. The other two im looking at are the AEM UEGO or the greddy (if I can get it with red illumination)

I agree with the other guy. I have the Defi Link, which by the way are awesome, and was thinking the same as you. If you notice, there is no oil pressure gauge on the dash. You would nt know if there was a problem until the oil pressure light came on. If you plan on doing the radio relocate kit right away, then put whatever you want in the A pillar. I am thinking you just want the colorful light bouncing back and forth. Dont do it. Now, that I think back to my old 2g eclipse, its kinda ricey. If you plan on turning up boost and running more power, oil pressure would be far more important.

Just me 2c,

Just FYI, the Greddy A/F gauge uses a narrowband o2 sensor. I had one on my GSX and it read just as innaccurately as the stock narrowband. Don't get it if you want to use it as a tuning tool.
