US MR vs. UK FQ Series

What are the technical differences and does anyone know what were getting? If the R&T test #s are somewhat correct aren't we getting more than the base MR at 280hp?!?!?

RT tested a JDM MR evo all the JDM evo make more power than the US Evo.
