my front right stock brembo is squeling loud as hell now. the front brake pad and rotor was replaced with a new set of OEM when i had my accident. now with about 800 miles on them they are squeling so annoying now. imma take it up to mitsu and see what they say about it. i've taken my car up their before and they said it was a common thing for Evos. but damn i know they can do somethin. i gets to be a little embarassing to have your brakes squel louder than a 18 wheeler.

sh*t if mitsu shrugs me off again, does anyone have any fix it ideas to help stop the noise

 

best suggestion is apply anti squeel to the shimms... i had a wierd vibration on mine... added some of that... no problems afterwards

 

I can post a how-to, give me a day or two, I just did it.

 

Mine have squeeled like crazy from day one. It's extremely embarrasing to be creeping up to a parking block an squeel so loud people nearly jump... Where might we find this how-to?

My bmw does the same, even ferrari's and porsche have that problem. And I mean they squeal after hard driving... It almost sounds like a house alarm system going off.

 

Do you mean hard driving like hard breaking? Mine seem to do it after extended periods of moderate driving.
