Mods?

Well guys, i am kinda a newbie to the world of modification to cars. I just got my mitsu lancer and i am unsure as what i should do to my car. What I wanna know is what are the essential things that one must do or most people do when they just start on there car so that future hardcore mods like turbo etc can take place. List of things and any explanation of why would be GREATLY APPRECIATED as i am now in the position to begin modification. THX EVERYONE!

I'd start with a CAI or SRI then an Exhaust system. I think this would be a good start for you!

I think a "grounding kit" is just another word for Body Kit!

Turbo timer first. Does nothing for performance but does help save your turbo.

Then go with the bolt-ons as they are the easiest to install. Cat back exhaust, downpipe, straight pipe or a high flow cat.

Before you do this, research and plan your mods out carefully. If you piece together your exhaust....you might end up realizing it was a better deal and better performance to go with a Stage 1 setup (ala - Vishnu Stage 1) etc.
