Horn doesn't honk anymore when locked

What's up guys. I just bought my first evo about two weeks ago. When I locked the doors the horn use to honk and it no longer does the lights just flash. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I found my answer.

That's for the advise bro. I found out how to do it on that thread. I don't have an owners manual so..... Lol. Thanks again
