Help Getting Code P0303

someone please help i got the check engine light on i took the car to mitsu dealer they put the computer in and it said i have a missfire on cylinder 3 they took out the sparkplugs but what we saw was not normal was the color on the sparkplug it was red!!! just some comments i did use several times NOS octane boosters on my car do you think this has something to do with it??

Your spark plug is running hot. Overheated. Change them out.

well what we did is they change the sparkplug from cylinder 3 to cylinder 1 and 1 to 3 and they reset the ecu and the check engine light has not come again !!! but yes i think the color red they have is due to putting octane boosters but what i need to know is if this red coloring on my sparkplugs cause the missfirring code?? anybody?? help??

Overheated plugs will cause misfires. That's why most change them out for a colder heat range.

octane boosters won't make your plugs overheat.....Over boosting will...

Remember.....increased pressure = increased heat.

What are you boosting ?

well my car is stock and i think this red color on them has to do with NOS octane boosters containing MMT!!

i did some research and some people will say no to octane boosters cause they fouled the plugs but i just want to confirm this!!
