Hey all I am new to the forum from utah. I just got an Evo VIII, I dont know if its anyones on heres. Would be awesome if it was.

I was told my car is pretty heavily modified already. I just need to get the cat out that the dealer put in.


Has:
ACT clutch
HKS boost timer
HKS intercooler
I dont know the exhaust planning to go megan.
Car has larger turbo. All i know is it says Garrett M33 A/R .60
TIAL blow off
HKS intake
TIEN lowering springs
I have no idea what done to the computer or whatever. Needs a new tune.

I paid 18K has 33K miles on it.

thanks. anything you can tell me about this car i didnt know. I also looking for a place to get it tuned here in utah.. I am told with that GT30R i can get it to about 420+ WHP

 

yea i dont know ive been wondering myself...gonna have to wait for someone who knows their ish to reply to that one

 

Alright sounds good, I know a guy who I think its on here out of Illinois and he gave some brief lesson on the car.

hey nice to see another from UTAH! I live in Ogden I just picked up my evo not too long ago. I drive a GG IX. Let me know if you find anyone who tunes out here i have been searching but nothing yet

 

I hear there might be a place in CO who will tune em otherwise im heading to CA to get a tune I got a place there so itll work out.

yeah, quite a bit to keep up with there. The signal to noise ratio is off the hook but they are all nice guys.
