Anytime you remove the factory catalytic converter there's always an increased chance of triggering a CEL. ALL of our test pipes and high flow cats come with an "extended bung" for the secondary O2 sensor which helps in avoiding CEL's. While it does work well, it's certainly not fool proof. I'd say that most are pleased with it.

The Wideband Bung/Plug is an add-on option where we weld in an "auxiliary" sensor bung for a future wideband sensor to be installed. The plug is provided for times when you do not have that sensor installed. If you plan to get your car custom tuned, your tuner will thank you.
