ETS Evo X 9-Sec Proven Turbo Kits

The ETS Turbo kits are the easiest way to make power on your evolution X. On a standard 35R turbo you can reach full spool around 4200rpm. 20 psi will put you around 440whp, 25 psi will get you around 500whp and 30 psi over 600hp and even more with the HTA, PT6765, GTX or other variants!

Most last stock frame turbochargers will require 30-35psi or so to get close to the 500hp range, the ETS turbo kit can make that power on 10lbs less boost and on pump gas!

If fast spool is what you need, then an ETS Twin Scroll Turbo Kit is what you’re looking for. A twin scroll turbo kit will typically spool the same turbo 300-500rpm faster than a conventional manifold design. This is accomplished by pairing the correct cylinders in the firing order together, so that the pressure waves arrive at the turbo 180deg apart, making a stronger impact upon the turbine wheel and thus accelerating the turbo faster. Another benefit of opposite cylinder pairing is that when one exhaust valve is open, the exhaust valves of the other cylinder in the pair are closed. 180deg. apart, helping spool the turbo quicker with no loss of top end power.

Includes:
  • Turbocharger
  • Stainless Steel Downpipe
  • Twin Scroll Exhaust Manifold
  • Dual Mini 38mm TiAL Wastegate
  • Wastegate Dump Tube
  • Upper Intercooler Pipe
  • Oil Feed and Drain Lines
  • Water Feed and Drain Lines
  • Turbo Gaskets and Hardware
  • Clamps and Couplers
  • Includes Everything Needed For A Complete Install

Knowing how hard big T4 Turbos are to spool with a 2.0l engine, a twin scroll manifold is desirable for T4 based Turbos such as the GT40r, T04z, and the Gt35r-T4. The Large T4 exhaust sections of these turbos will make big power above 7000rpm, and the twin scroll pressure pulse manifold design helps spool these large turbos sooner than later. Utilizing dual wastegates, the exhaust pressure waves of cylinders 1&4 are kept separate of 2&3 so that they can impact the turbine wheels individually, 180deg. apart, helping spool the turbo quicker with no loss of top end power.

Includes:
  • Turbocharger
  • Stainless Steel Downpipe
  • Twin Scroll Exhaust Manifold
  • Dual Mini 38mm TiAL Wastegate
  • Wastegate Dump Tube
  • Upper Intercooler Pipe
  • Oil Feed and Drain Lines
  • Water Feed and Drain Lines
  • Turbo Gaskets and Hardware
  • Clamps and Couplers
  • Includes Everything Needed For A Complete Install

Has anyone ever run into overheating issues with these kits?
Does ETS offer any sort of heat shield or turbo blankets?

Also in those pics it looks like the 4" MAF intake doesn't have the option to recirculate, since Speed Density isn't out for the X, does that mean the one pictured is running an aftermarket ECU?

Thanks Michael
