TWM Performance LIVE CHAT!
Hello everyone,
At TWM Performance, we pride ourselves on our customer service which is second to none. We are continuously striving to think of new ways to better serve our customers and we’ve done it again with our new LIVE Chat feature!
Telephone calls are not always practical (we sometimes have a high volume of calls which leads to time spent on hold), and although we try our best to answer emails as quick as possible, conversations can sometimes drag out over a few days. This is never a good thing if you have a couple of quick questions, or just need some help asap. With our new LIVE Chat feature, you can chat with myself (Patrick) or Frank to get some instant answers or help with any of our products!
How to use our new LIVE Chat:
To be honest, it’s really easy. You simply log onto our homepage (www.twmperformance.com) and find the LIVE Support feature in the left column of the page. As of right now, Skype is the only chat program supported (so you will need a Skype account to use the feature), however we are working on supporting other programs such as MSN and Yahoo!
