originally ordered my custom knob in the beginning of June, had to get it replaced because it didnt fit my torque solutions short shifter, You guys told me it was going to ship in the next 48 hours on june 26. Its now almost 3 weeks later and still no shipping number, no response or anything from you guys at flossy. Amazing product but not so good customer support... Still patiently waiting the arrival of my custom shift knob though..

 

about a month now, still no responds to my emails or anything. thanks for taking my money.

I've been looking for a good shift knob for the past couple days and I just stumbled upon these Flossy knobs....Couldn't help myself so I order one ASAP! And I chose the custom engraving. Lets hope it comes out good!

 

I ordered a custom engraved knob about 4 months ago. Knob came and I was excited to get it on. Except there was no thread pitch adapter in the knob it's self. Just a huge 19mm threaded hole. Talked to chad I believe and he said he knew what happened and would get me an adapter shipped right out. Have yet to recieve an adapter or get a reply to numerous emails and a few messages left by phone. Basically I have a $125 custom engraved paper weight.
