As a customer of Extreme, I just wanted to say welcome to the forum!! These guys did the complete rebuild of my car here
And I couldn't be happier with the job and the overall customer service! can't wait to get some more parts from them on my beast

Why did you have a bad experience with them? I was considering them to install a turbo and maybe do some engine work on my lancer since they are only 15 minutes away, but I want my tuning experience to be fun. I plan on doing many mods with my car over the next 10 years and maybe try and make the fastest 08 lancer.

Simple answer

The answer to this individual is very simple. They ordered a part specific by part number which had the description of what years it was for (2004-2005). They received the part and then wanted to return it. The part had already shipped and we had notified them that it was already in transit. For returns, our policy has not changed in over 10-years and after sending a reply via e-mail back on February 6th, we received no reply. With no reply, we consider the matter satisfied and closed. Bad experience? A part was ordered via the internet, the part was shipped within 24-hours, and received intact. They had able correspondence with us and never replied. That is not a bad experience.

One thing as a vendor, we cannot make everyone happy 100% of the time. Impossible. We do try to be as diligent in responding and communicative as possible. Simply put, we do our best and as with anything, be sure you know what you are ordering as we know some of our customers have several cars--- so you have to make sure that you order the right part in the first place.

I have been dealing and buying parts from Sean for the last 2 years.
I must say, that I am 100% satisfied with everything.
Last year I bought a COP kit with an AEM DLI box. The box died after just a few weeks of use. I called Sean up, he immedaitely over nighted me another box with no issues. The 2nd box I got also died with-in just a few days. Again I called sean, he now talked me into getting his CDI box. I have not had any other ignition problems since. It turns out the AEM CDI was really not all that great. Who knew. Regardless, I got credited for the AEMs and now using the Extreme box.
Sean is a stand up guy, he knows his stuff.

First, how about you rewrite this in English. Second, after deciphering your incoherent rambling, do you really have any clue about this person at all? Every thing that comes in and out of this shop is listed on the receipt, period. Even when I brought my car in a year ago is listed on the receipt, all the way down to the smallest detail.

And again, after decryption, what do you mean by

I had my MKIII Supra dynoed and tuned at Extreme. First couple of pulls, somethign just wasn't right. Found out that the plugs were gapped too far. I forget who tuned/dynoed it but the guy was really awesome. That was the only experience I had with them. Would go back again.
